Discounts excludes all matinees from 21st - 31st December + all evenings between 21st - 26th December.

Which performances have group booking discounts?
There are discounts available for all performances except the following performances:
All matinee performances from 21 - 31 December
All evenings performances from 21 - 26 December

When are the school performances for 2023 panto?
Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 December at 10:30am

When do the doors open?
Approx. 30mins before the show starts

What are the running times?

Final running times are not confirmed until around 1 week before the first performance. As a rough guide the panto is usually approx. 2.5 hours, which includes a 20 minute interval.

Do you supply booster seats?

We are not able to provide booster seats for the Pavilion Theatre. You are welcome to bring a pillow / car seat if it safely fits on the seat.

Ice Creams / Shoutouts

I’ve made a group booking, do I get free ice creams?
Complimentary ice creams are available for all group/school bookings of 20+.

Can I pre order ice creams?
Ice creams can only be pre-ordered if you have a group booking of 20 or more tickets in one booking.

Our group is under 20 people, can we reserve ice creams for the interval?
Ice cream reservations can’t be made in advance, this is only available for group bookings of 20 or more.

Do you have any ice cream alternatives for attendees in our group with dietary requirements?
Yes, we are able to offer sorbet/plant based alternatives.

What flavours do you offer?
Ice creams are vanilla flavour.

How do we get our complimentary ice creams at the panto?
Ice creams for group bookings can be collected on the day of the show you are attending by your group leader from the kiosk located in the corridor to the left of reception, as you enter the front of the building.

How do I arrange a ‘birthday/ anniversary/ celebration panto shout out?
If you have a celebration you’d like the cast members to ‘shout out’ please write it clearly on a piece of paper and hand it in the Reception desk at the Pavilion on arrival at your panto performance. Please note we are unable to guarantee that all messages will be read out, nor the content.

I have a group of 20+ attending, how do I place my ice cream/sorbet order?

You will receive an e-mail with a link to a survey to complete in mid-November. Please check your junk folder.

Making Payment

How can I pay for my group booking?
The easiest way to make payment is online via your BH Live Tickets account. Once your order has been reserved, you will receive a order confirmation to your e-mail outlining the performance date and time, where your tickets are located, the cost, payment due date and information on how to pay. Within this you will have a payment link that will allow you to make payment safely and securely via our website. Note that you will need to be logged into your account when making the payment.

Ive made a group booking but it is a large amount for me to pay on behalf of the group - is there a way the others can call the box office per family and make payments using the order reference ?
Unfortunately we are unable to have different card payments belonging to different customers on one order. The best thing to do would be for the designated group organiser to collate all the money then make payment in full once it has all been received.

Can I pay by cheque for my group booking?
Yes you can, please make cheques payable to ‘BH Live’, and post addressed to the Ticketing Team to the BIC, Exeter Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5BH. Please also ensure you write your specific order and customer reference on the back of the cheque so we can cross reference the payment against your account and mark it up as paid. Please be aware that we need to allow 10 working days for cheques to clear in our account, and tickets will not be distributed until this has happened.

I’ve made an Early Bird group booking – when do I have to make payment by?
The Early Bird discounts end on 30th September 2023. Group bookings not paid for by this date will automatically be increased to the standard group rate.

When is the deadline for paying for my group booking?
We ask that all group bookings are paid for by 4th November 2023, 4 weeks before the start of the run. Any group bookings not paid for by this date risk being cancelled.

Receiving my tickets

How will I receive tickets for my group booking?
If your booking is 30 tickets or less, you will receive your tickets as e-tickets on a attached PDF document. These can be printed or shown on a phone.
If your booking is for over 30 tickets, your order will be sent as a QR Code, which will account for all tickets on your booking. There is no need to print this off, and only needs to be scanned once to allow access for your group.

I’ve booked more than 30 tickets how do I print/ distribute them to my group members?
For orders of more than 30 tickets where the Groups QR code won’t work (ie: they need to distribute individual tickets) there are two options:

1: Mobile tickets in your online account. If you have an online account, log in and visit the Upcoming Events page. Then click “View Tickets” against the relevant performance. We suggest you do this on a Mac or PC, rather than a phone. You will see your mobile tickets on screen. You can save this page and / or print. You will get one ticket per page.

2. If Mobile tickets are not an option, as a last resort we can print physical tickets at the venue for collection. Opening times vary so please check our website for the most up to date information.

I’m having problems printing off my tickets – do you have any suggestions?
You can try logging onto - Go to ‘My Account > Upcoming Events’. Here you can view your tickets and you should be able to print one per page.

I need printed tickets for my group booking but I can’t get to the Box Office to collect them, can you post to them to me?
In instances where customers are unable to print their tickets and are not based near to the venue, we are able to post physical tickets at an additional cost. The cost will depend on weight of the tickets, destination and postage type. Please speak to our group sales team for more information.

I have a group booking enquiry that isn't covered in the above info, what should I do?
Please e-mail and our group sales manager will be in touch to assist.
