1. Eligibility for Group Bookings

1.1. Group booking enquiries and ticket reservations are available for groups of 20 or more.
1.2. Bookings for 19 or fewer seats must be paid in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for group booking terms.

2. Reservations and Deposits

2.1. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required within four (4) weeks of reserving seats.
2.2. If the deposit is not received within this four week period, the reservation will be automatically released without further notice.
2.3. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Payment Schedule

3.1. Full payment for reserved tickets is required by 30 September 2026.
3.2. Failure to pay the balance by the specified deadline may result in the booking being released, in accordance with Section 4.

4. Release of Unpaid Bookings

4.1. We reserve the right to release any booking for which payment has not been received by the applicable deadline.
4.2. A booking will only be released after we have made reasonable efforts to obtain payment, including attempts to contact the booker via the details provided.
4.3. If a booking is released due to non-payment, any deposit already paid will be forfeited.

5. General Conditions

5.1. By submitting a booking enquiry or reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the date of publication.
