Pavilion membership - terms and conditions
Validity
A membership is valid for 12 months from purchase date.
Membership benefits are only valid at Bournemouth Pavilion.
Renewal
A membership will renew every 12 months and payment automatically collected.
You will receive a reminder of your renewal approximately 6 weeks before your renewal date with an option to cancel the renewal.
Cancellation
In order to cancel a renewal, please contact bhlive.tickets@bhlive.org.uk or 0300 500 0595 at least 28 days before your renewal date. This is to ensure the automatic renewal process is not activated.
You are not able to cancel a membership partway through the membership period of 12 months.
Booking tickets
Your membership allows you to book up to four tickets per production with the below attached benefits. For productions with multiple performance dates and / or times, the four ticket limit applies per performance.
Tickets are for the use of the membership holder and up to three additional customers. ID may be requested when showing tickets so please be prepared to show a valid form of ID that matches your membership.
Benefits
- Select shows will offer early ticket availability for members, you will receive an email with a direct link to follow to purchase your tickets. If you unsubscribe from membership emails, you will not receive early ticket links.
- £1.50 per ticket will automatically be applied at checkout.
- To exchange your tickets for a different date of the same show with no amendment fee, please contact bhlive.tickets@bhlive.org.uk or 0300 500 0595. This is subject to availability of the show. If your exchanged ticket has a higher purchase price, you will need to pay the difference.
- By purchasing a membership, you are agreeing to receive member only emails. We will store and process your data in accordance with data protection legislation.
BH Live reserve the right to reject or terminate a membership and no refund will be issued.
