Join us on Saturday 22 August for a fantastic night of comedy at LOL Comedy Clubs from Daliso Chaponda, Wilson Milton, Tom Alban and MC Meryl O'Rourke.

We’ve been booking Daliso Chaponda for almost a decade now but you’ll recognise him from placing 3rd in Britain’s Got Talent in 2017, and he’s gone on to amass over 100 million YouTube views, write and star in his critically acclaimed Radio 4 show Citizen of Nowhere, and appear on QI, The Apprentice: You’re Fired, News Quiz and BBC Radio 4's The Now Show.

Not many comedians are a raving success in every continent across the globe but Daliso has breezed to success just about everywhere. Beginning his comedy career in Canada at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, subsequent appearances including CBC Television’s ‘Trans Canada Comedy Trail’ confirmed his position as Africa’s top comic.

He also received a golden buzzer from Amanda Holden in the 11th series of Britain's Got Talent. She later added, “He’s self-deprecating, funny, relevant – laugh after laugh after laugh. It just kept coming. And I really want him to win the entire series. I think he could”.

The 46-year-old comedian from Malawi won over millions of fans with his cutting remarks about living as an African in Britain. Daliso shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent

Wilson Milton is a cheeky Londoner with a mixture of sharp observations, pinpoint accents and curveball one-liners. He’s currently progressing rapidly up the comedy ladder, and his style reminds us of Micky Flanagan back in the day.

Since bursting onto the comedy scene in 2018, Tom Alban has brought high energy and infectious storytelling to stages across the UK and beyond. With a style that’s both relatable and memorable, he takes audiences on a journey they won’t soon forget.

Tom is in high demand all over the UK and also performs internationally in Spain, Taipan and Dubai.

His quick wit and warm stage presence make him a favourite host not just for comedy nights, but also for concerts, festivals, and charity events across the world.
