British music icon Engelbert Humperdinck has announced his highly anticipated return to the UK with The Last Waltz Tour, set to take place in September 2025.
The legendary performer will play just four exclusive dates, including a special performance at Bournemouth Pavilion on Monday 8 September - his only show in the South of England.
With a career spanning over seven decades, Engelbert remains one of the most celebrated voices in popular music. From his early days performing as Gerry Dorsey in the 1950s to his meteoric rise under the name Engelbert Humperdinck in 1965, his musical journey is nothing short of extraordinary.
Since topping the charts for the first time in 1967, Engelbert has gone on to sell over 150 million records worldwide, earn four Grammy nominations, win a Golden Globe for Entertainer of the Year, and collect 63 gold and 24 platinum records. He is one of the few artists to have received stars on both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Las Vegas Walk of Fame. In recognition of his enduring impact, Engelbert was appointed MBE in the Queen’s 2021 Birthday Honours List.
Fans can look forward to timeless classics including his global hit “Release Me (And Let Me Love Again)”, as well as UK Top Ten favourites like “The Last Waltz”, “There Goes My Everything”, “Am I That Easy to Forget”, and “The Way It Used to Be”.
Commenting on the upcoming tour, Engelbert shared:
“I am so incredibly happy to let you know that ‘The Last Waltz’ Tour will return to the UK in September. Looking forward to seeing everyone and remember… I LOVE YOU!”
