This Month, LOL Comedy Clubs will bring multi-award-winning comedians to Bournemouth. Join us on Friday 23 October alongside Dan Antopoloski, Joe Foster, Eli Mattewson and MC Damion Larkin.
What Dan Antopoloski hasn’t won or been nominated for isn’t worth winning in comedy. In other words, he’s a master of the art. A multi-award-winning act, superbly talented and widelyand critically acclaimed and it must be said, not only very good-looking but a really niceand genuine guy too! We hate him. Audiences love him, and his surreal and appealing comic mind, coupled with a mastery of the English language, is dazzling audiences across the UK and internationally.
Joe Foster is a stand-up comedian from Brighton with a dry wit and likeable persona which has established him as a firm favourite with audiences and promoters alike. In 2015 Joe won the Fosters South Coast Comedian Of The Year Competition which cemented his reputation as one of the fresh new voices on UK comedy circuit.
New Zealand comedian Eli Matthewson is a multi-award-winning stand-up and writer with a strong reputation both at home and internationally. A regular on New Zealand’s long-running panel show 7 Days, a five-time NZ Comedy Gala performer, and part of the first same-sex couple on Dancing With the Stars New Zealand, he won the Fred Award in 2021 for Daddy Short-Legs before taking the show on a sold-out run and earning four- and five-star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe. He has also written for television, co-created the sitcom Golden Boy, helped create the improv hit Snort, and co-hosts The Male Gayz podcast.
Plus MC Damion Larkin will often improvise his entire set to hilarious effect. There are no genuine comparisons to this man. He is a versatile and creative comedian who always leaves audiences wanting more.
