LOL Comedy Club returns to the Pavilion Ballroom this November with another great line-up of comedians! Join us on Friday 7 November 2025 for a fantastic night of comedy from Paul Pirie, Jenny Collier, Daniel Edison and Damion Larkin (MC).

Paul Pirie began his stand-up career after giving up acting to pursue the funny man that lies within, quickly establishing himself on the Scottish comedy circuit in 2004. Soon after that he was awarded runner up in the prestigious annual awards for Scottish Comedian of the Year, and since then he’s gone from strength to strength.

A brilliant natural comedian, packed full of energy, he uses every ounce to maximum effect with superb delivery. You’re never more than a line away from a great pun, insight or well crafted punch line, delivered with a ferocity that makes his humble beginnings on the Scottish circuit seem such a long time ago. Paul’s career has encompassed TV, Film and Radio alongside his skills as a stand-up, and he is now one of the biggest Scottish acts on the UK comedy circuit.

A confident and intelligent comedian who makes it his mission to work and entertain his audience, his material is superbly individual and delivers a refreshing burst of laugh out loud comedy that leaves audiences in raptures.

Pauls hilarity and comedic ability has earned him huge popularity with comedy goers and bookers across the world. Make no mistake, he’s one of those acts you never forget!

Jenny Collier is a multi-award winning stand up comedian, writer and actor. An established regular on the international club and festival circuit, Jenny has supported Jason Manford, John Bishop, Arthur Smith, and Shaparak Khorsandi on their UK tours and has performed in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland and Australia where she won the Percy Award during the Adelaide Fringe.

Snows Comedy Star winner Daniel Edison is a stand-up comedian from the South of England, specialising in one-liners and quickfire puns. Daniel has performed at many prestigious clubs and theatres around the UK and has appeared on TV and radio.

He has appeared on BBC One, he has performed at the BBC New Comedy Award on BBC Radio 4 Extra, and recently guested as a panellist on BBC Radio Solent’s Christmas Comedy Special 2022.

You may have seen him as the support act for in 2022, Daniel supported Russell Kane & Katherine Ryan. Even if you don’t know Daniel, there’s a chance you’ve heard one of his jokes. He’s built a fanbase of 13k followers on X by regularly sharing his original one-liners, several of which have gone viral online and have been featured in such publications and sites as The Reader’s Digest (UK and US editions), Funny or Die, The Poke and many more!

With one-liners and clever wordplay in abundance, he is one of the best and most prolific joke writers out there.

Damion Larkin will often improvise his entire set to hilarious effect. There are no genuine comparisons to this man. He is a versatile and creative comedian who always leaves audiences wanting more.
