Law firm Trethowans has raised the curtain on a new partnership with Bournemouth Pavilion.

Law firm Trethowans has raised the curtain on a new partnership with Bournemouth Pavilion. The deal will see Trethowans become the official corporate supporter of the theatre in partnership with the venue’s operator BH Live.

The law firm, which has an office in the seaside city as well as other locations across Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and London, will support performances and its branding will be displayed in the main auditorium. Its contribution will support the theatre’s development programme including refurbishment projects, improvements and community initiatives.

Trethowans has been a strong supporter of local business, organisations and charities since it opened its Poole office in 2015 and followed up by opening a Bournemouth office. Since arriving in the region, it has supported everything from beach cleans and food banks to Christmas grottos and speedway team Poole Pirates.

Managing partner Chris Whiteley said its latest association with Bournemouth Pavilion is testament to its dedication to the local area. He said: “We really appreciate the positive reception that we’ve received since setting up our new office in Bournemouth. It’s a fantastic place to do business and we’re very much here for the long-term. Our latest investment into Bournemouth Pavilion is testament to that and we very much look forward to a packed programme of entertainment.”

Simon Beaumont, BH Live’s Chief Operating Officer added: “Trethowans and BH Live have shared community values, particularly when it comes to putting people first and supporting the local area. We are delighted to be partnering with them; they are a great fit for us, the venue and our community.”

As well as its offices in Poole and Bournemouth, Trethowans has operations in Salisbury, Southampton and Winchester and a base in London.
