As the nights draw in and the festive season looms into view (we won’t mention the dreaded C-word!), now’s the time to start planning your live entertainment calendar for the months ahead.

Following on from a fantastic start to the year that brought big-name artists, top comedy acts, and dazzling productions to the coast, the team at Bournemouth Pavilion are back with another packed programme to brighten your Autumn and Winter.

Whether you’re into laugh-out-loud comedy, spine-tingling theatre, spectacular dance, or an unforgettable evening with…, there’s something for everyone this upcoming season.

Bursting with over 70 must-see shows, this comprehensive seasonal guide covers everything you need to plan the perfect evening - from performance dates and ticket prices to venue details and handy visitor information.

Here’s just a taste of what’s in store:

Autumn sees legendary names like Engelbert Humperdinck, Rick Wakeman, Eric Idle, and Al Stewart take to the stage, whilst John Cleese’s calamity-ridden Fawlty Towers crashes into town from the 14 to the 18 October. Community musical theatre company BBLOC returns to present the classic family musical, Annie, and you can bet your bottom dollar that we also have something to get you in the festive spirit!

This year’s pantomime, Cinderella, stars Milkshake!’s Olivia Birchenough, alongside Gavin & Stacey star, Melanie Walters, and panto favourites Jamie Morris, Tarot Joseph, and, of course, Noel Brodie.

Then, the New Year sees a string of comedians tickle the town’s funny bone. Whether it’s Mark Watson, Al Murray, Rob Beckett, or a tribute to Jethro, there’s no shortage of laughs to keep the winter blues at bay.

And that’s only the beginning! Pick up a copy of the guide to explore the full line-up.
