Families across Bournemouth are in for a magical treat this May Half Term as Unicorn Live! gallops into the iconic Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre on Saturday, 30 May for what is set to be the must-see family event of the holiday.

Presented by Darling Productions UK, the creators behind the hit festive spectacular Santa Live! and the sell-out touring sensation Princess Live!, this dazzling interactive unicorn pop concert is the only major children’s theatre show visiting the Bournemouth area this May Half Term.

Packed with high-energy performances, chart-topping pop hits, and magical surprises, Unicorn Live! features sensational performances inspired by K-pop favourites alongside songs by global superstar Taylor Swift, creating the ultimate pop concert experience for children and families.

At the heart of the story are three best unicorn friends, Harmony, Melody and Star, who magically transform their toy unicorn Sparkle into the ultimate all-singing, all-dancing megastar. Through music, friendship and adventure, the show delivers a heartwarming message celebrating individuality and teaching children that everyone is different, and that’s what makes every person special.

One of the show’s biggest highlights is Sparkle herself - a real unicorn appearing live on stage, leaving audiences completely spellbound.

After the performance, families will also have the chance to meet the unicorns in person and enjoy a FREE photo opportunity, making the experience even more magical for young fans.

The show is produced by local producer Troy Harris, making the performance at the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre a particularly special moment. Troy used to perform at the venue himself as a child in the theatre’s famous pantomimes, making this a true full-circle moment as he now returns, producing one of the UK’s newest family theatre sensations.
